摘要
综述了利用外致热原激活体内血单核细胞 (MNC)释放细胞因子如白介素 - 1(IL - 1)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF-α)等即所谓的内致热原的原理 ,将待检样品与 MNC共同培养 ,检测其上清液中的 IL - 1或 TNF-α含量 ,这一体外检测致热原的新方法。
When human monocytoid cell lines exposed to pyrogens and cultured in the media, the cell lines secreted cytokines, such as interleukin-1(IL-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), etc. Therefore, detecting the content of IL-1 or TNF is proposed as an alternative in vitro test to the rabbit pyrogen test and the Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) test.\;
