摘要
测试了生漆及几种典型的漆酚金属聚合物的动态力学性能,并从分子热运动角度解释了其分子结构与性能的关系。实验表明,生漆及漆酚钛、铝、硅、锡、钇、钼等金属聚合物分子中都存在可热交联的基团,在0~360℃范围,模量都在5.0×106Pa以上,大多数在107Pa~109Pa之间,均具有优良的耐热性能。
In this paper, the dynamic mechanical properties of raw lacquer and some typical urushiol-metal polymers were tested. The relationships between their structures and properties were explained from molecule thermal movement. The experiment shows that there are reactive groups which can be linked to net structure in raw lacquer, urushiol-Ti (UTi), UA1, USi, USn, UY and UMo. Their modules are higher than (5.0)×10~6 Pa between 0~360 ℃, and they all have a good property of heat resistance.
