摘要
苯胺与亚硝酸根在盐酸介质中被氧化生成苯胺重氮盐,然后在碱性溶液中使苯胺重氮盐与漆酚进行偶联反应,研究了pH值、温度、摩尔比对偶联反应的影响,对偶联产物进行红外光谱表征,结果表明漆酚的重氮偶联反应在0—5℃,pH9—10,漆酚与苯胺的摩尔比为4:11时得到较好的产物,可涂膜且自干不大于20小时,涂膜具有耐水、酸、碱和一般有机溶剂的性能。
Aniline was first diazotized with sodium nitrite in hydrochloric acid to generate aniline diazonium salt and then reacted with urushiol in a base solution. Effect of pH, reaction temperature and the molar ratio of reactants on coupling reaction were examined. The azo - compound of this coupling reaction had been synthesized and characterized with FT-IR spectroscope. The results showed that the optimum reaction temperature was 0 - 5℃ and the molar ratio of urushiol / aniline was 4: 11. The coupling reaction product could be dried in air and the air - drying time of the coating of the product was less than 20 h at 22℃. The film had performances of water, acid, base and general organic solvent resistance.
