摘要
通过对双回路并联谐振传感器施加稳定高频激励信号,并对传感器输出电压幅频特性进行分析,利用最小二乘法建立了数学模型,从而实现了对金属表面温度和位移的多参数在线测量。
This paper analyses the doublecircle loop parallel resonant sensor with stable high oscillatory signals and the performances of the range and frequency of sensor's output voltage.The mathematic model is established using the least square method whereby the multiparameters of online measurement of the metal surface temperature and displacement can be realized.
