摘要
分析了磁栅位移传感器的结构和工作原理,以及鉴相和鉴幅两种工作方式,并简要介绍了目前国内的的磁栅数显装置芯片。
The paper introduced the structure and operating principle of magnetic grid displacement sensor ,analyzed the phase demodulation and the amplitude discrimination of magnetic grid displacement sensor ,and briefly described the digital display device chip of magnetic grid displacement sensor in China .
