摘要
以一种电控喷油器的结构为基础 ,分析了喷油器的工作过程 ,并建立了喷油器开启动态过程的数学模型 ,通过数值计算分析了影响喷油器开启过程的主要因素 。
A fuel injector is a key component in an electronically controlled gasoline engine. The fuel quantity injected by the injector in each engine cycle is determined by the injection time applied to the injector. So, a linear relationship between the injected fuel quantity and the impulse width of the injector is required. However, the injector opening is a nonlinear dynamic and unsteady flow process, during which the fuel quantity injected by the injector in an engine cycle can't keep linear relation with the injection time. This situation can result in a large control error of air fuel ratio. In this paper, the working process of an injector was analyzed and a mathematical model of its open process was developed based on the electromagnetic theory. The main factors that influence the open process were analyzed through numerical simulation.
