摘要
针对电控汽油喷射器动态响应特性与软磁合金性能之间的关系,研究了不同软磁合金对电控汽油喷射器性能的影响。分别以铁镍合金1J50、工业纯铁DT4和10钢作为研究对象,利用ANSOFT Maxwell软件平台对不同软磁材料的喷射器磁路进行仿真分析。试制了三种材料的电控汽油喷射器样品,并测试了其动态响应特性和流量特性。结果表明,较高饱和磁感应强度、磁导率和较低矫顽力的软磁材料有利于提高磁通密度和减少漏磁,进而改善电控汽油喷油器的动态响应特性和流量特性。
Based on the relationship between dynamic response characteristic of electronically gasoline injector and performance of soft magnetic alloys, effects of different soft magnetic alloys on performance of electronic fuel injector were studied. Based on ANSOFT Maxwell software platform, injector magnetic circuit was simulated using soft magnetic alloy of iron-nickel alloy 1J50, industrial pure iron DT4 and 10 steel. Injectors using the three kinds of soft magnetic alloy were prepared and their dynamic response and flow characteristics was tested. The results show that soft alloy with high saturation magnetic flux density, permeability and low coercive force helps improve the magnetic flux density and reduce leakage, resultantly improving the dynamic response and flow characteristics of electronic fuel injector.
