摘要
介绍了银杏外种皮的主要化学成分、药理活性、综合利用的关键技术和设备 ,指出了今后研究开发的方向。银杏外种皮中含有多种活性成分和营养成分 ,如黄酮、内酯、银杏酚酸、多糖和氨基酸等 ,具有杀菌、杀虫、抗肿瘤、致突变、清除自由基、抗衰老等多方面药理活性作用 。
The latest research on main constituents and pharmacological activities of sarcotestas of ginkgo biloba,the key techniques and processing equipment for comprehensive utilization were studied. The research trends in future on sarcotestas were put forward. There are many active and nutrimental constituents in sarcotestas of ginkgo biloba, such as flavone, lactone, alkylphenols, polysaccharide and amino acid, etc. They show pharmacological activities,including bactericidal and pesticidal activities, antitumor and mutagenic effects, scavenging free radical and anti senile actions, etc. The sarcotestas of ginkgo biloba has a high utilized value.
