摘要
在调查南京地区结实桂花品种的基础上,对不同品种种子的形态、外观纹样及内果皮结构进行了比较。结果表明:不同品种的种子长、宽和单粒重有较大差异,种皮表面纹饰以及断面细胞排列结构等均存在一定差异。因此,可以将种子的形态和外观纹饰作为桂花结实品种鉴定的辅助依据。
The compare was done on seed shape, appearance and inner pericarp structure of different cultivars based on investigation of Nanjing area. The result showed that there were distinct difference in length, width, single seed weightiness and endocarps sculp- ture between different cultivar seeds. So,it could be used to identify Osmanthusfragrans eultivars according to the shape and appearance of seed.
