摘要 The review of current epidemic studies of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) showed a high incident rate among aged persons from 2.4% to over 20%.The rate is age associated, about 2.4%,4.8%,10.4% and 22% each for 60,70,80 and 90 years old. The conversion rate to Alzheimer’s disease per year is 1.8%~13.7% for MCI patients and 1%~2% for normal control.Standardization of methodological issues, e.g., the diagnosis criteria of MCI and sample composition et al, is needed in order to compare results from different studies. Meanwhile, it is important to identify key factors dominating the progression process from MCI to AD.
