Phenolic Compounds Isolated from Rhizoma of Aster tataricus

摘要 目的 :研究中药紫菀Astertataricus的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱、LH 2 0柱色谱进行分离 ,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果 :从紫菀醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到 9个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :槲皮素 (quercetin ,I)、山柰酚 (kaemferol,Ⅱ )、大黄素 (emodin ,Ⅲ )、大黄酚 (chrysophanol,Ⅳ )、大黄素甲醚 (physcion ,V)、苯甲酸 (benzoicacid ,Ⅵ )、对羟基苯甲酸 (p hydroxy bezoicacid ,Ⅶ )、咖啡酸 (E caffeicacid ,Ⅷ )、阿魏酸二十六烷酯(E ferulicacidhexacosylester,Ⅸ )。结论 :化合物Ⅳ ,V ,Ⅵ ,Ⅶ ,Ⅷ ,Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分得。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents in root and rhizome of Aster tataricus . Methods: Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(I), kaemferol(Ⅱ), emodin(Ⅲ), chrysophanol(Ⅳ), physcion(V), benzoic acid(Ⅵ), p -hydroxy-bezoic acid (Ⅶ), E -caffeic acid (Ⅷ), E -ferulic acid hexacosyl ester (Ⅸ)。Conclusion: Compounds Ⅳ,V,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ were isolated from A. tataricus for the first time.
