摘要
在pH 4.0~4.5的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,适量的乙二胺对铝(Ⅲ)-铝试剂-乙醇的显色反应有明显的增敏作用.显色体系的最大吸收波长为545 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.2×104L/(mol@cm),铝(Ⅲ)含量在0.5~40μg/(25 mL)时服从比尔定律.该显色体系用于测定合成水样中的铝,回收率为96.7%~98.4%,RSD为0.38%~0.43%.
The colour reaction of aluminium(Ⅲ)-alumiuon - ethyl alcohol was spiked with ethylenediamine between pH 4.0-4.5. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.2×104L/(mol .cm) at 545 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.5 ~40μg/ (25 mL) for aluminium. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of aluminium in synthetic water sample, the recovery is 96. 7% ~ 98.4% , RSD is 0. 38% ~ 0.43% .
