摘要
研究了在聚乙烯醇 ( PVA)存在下 ,Al( )与铝试剂及乙二胺的显色反应。实验表明 ,在 p H4 .0— 4 .5范围内 ,加入适量的乙二胺 ,对 Al( )和铝试剂的显色反应有明显的增敏作用。最大吸收波长为 5 35 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.1× 10 4 L· mol-1·cm-1,铝含量在 0 .5— 4 0 μg/ 2 5 m L范围内服从比耳定律 ,用于测定合成水样中的铝 ,结果令人满意。
The colour reaction of aluminium(Ⅲ) with alumiuon,poly(vinylalcohol)(PVA) and ethylenediamine was studied.Between pH4.0-4.5 the sensitivity is increased by adding ethylenediamine in the presence of PVA.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.1×104L·mol -1·cm -1 at 535nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.5-40μg/25mL for aluminium.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of aluminium in synthetic water sample with satisfactory results.
