摘要
目的 探讨精神分裂症发病与季节的关系 ,为此病防治措施的制订提供参考依据。方法 采用圆形分布统计法 ,对 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月 6年间首次发病住院的 196 6例精神分裂症患者的发病高峰时间进行统计分析。结果 精神分裂症患者的发病高峰时间具有显著性差异 (r =0 .16 2 3,P <0 .0 1) ,发病高峰时间约为 2月 2 2日左右 ,按季节推算应为冬末春初。
Objective To investigate the relationship between schizophrenia and the peak onset season.Methods One thousand nine hundred and Sixty six cases with first-episode schizophrenia who had been admitted to our hospital from January 1997 to December 2002 were studied by using circular analysis.Results The peak onset time in schizophrenic patients was 22th,February (r=0.1623,P<0.01),which was between winter and spring.Conclusion If the prevention and treatment is strengthened in this season,incidence of schizophrenia may be cut down.
