摘要
目的 :探讨神经症发病与季节的关系。 方法 :采用圆形统计法对 1994年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 12月 10年时间门诊就诊及住院患者 45 62例神经症患者的发病时间及发病高峰时间进行统计分析。 结果 :神经症发病高峰时间具有显著性差异 (r=0 .12 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ,发病高峰时间约为 1月 18日左右 ,按季节应为冬末春初。 结论 :神经症发病具有明显的季节倾向。
Objective: To explore the relationship between neurosis and seasons.Methods:4562 cases with out patients who had been admitted to our hospital from January 1994 to December 2003 were studied by using circular analysis. Results:The peak onset time in neurosis patients was 1st January (r=0.1521, P<0.01), which was between winter and spring. Conclusion:The onset time of neurosis has obvious seasonal.
