E-钙粘蛋白与食管癌侵袭转移的关系 被引量：3

摘要 E-钙粘蛋白(E-Cadherin,E-Cad)是一类建立细胞间紧密连接,维持细胞极性,保持组织结构完整的钙依赖性跨膜糖蛋白。众多研究表明,E-Cad与其相应配体的表达异常与肿瘤的发生、发展相关;E-钙粘蛋白的基因缺失、基因突变以及转录异常是E-钙粘蛋白表达异常的主要原因;E-钙粘蛋白的表达异常与肿瘤细胞的低分化、高侵袭性和转移性相关;E-钙鲇蛋白功能失活还直接影响了患者的预后,目前国外对E-Cad与食管癌侵袭转移关系的研究相当活跃,本文就其研究进展作一综述。
