Intensity Averaging Method Used in fMRI Data Processing

摘要 本文提出了一种用于核磁共振数据统计处理的灰度平均法 (intensityaveragemethod,IAM) ,该方法可在大脑反应完全未知的情况下 ,检测经过某些刺激时大脑何时出现反应、这些反应将持续多长时间 ,反应趋势如何 ,并且可以检测出不同样本在相同刺激下反应的差异。同OTCA和MTCA统计方法相比较 ,该方法算法简洁、计算量小、计算速度快、原始数据可不经过预处理 ,而且可以在没有任何经验知识的情况下 ,得到不同类型人对某种相同刺激的不同敏感程度。 A new intensity averaging method is introduced in this paper to detect when the responses of brain occur and how long the responses last after a certain stimulation, and whether different people respond differently, while the brain activations are completely unknown. Comparing with the OTCA and MTCA methods, the new method is more simple and computing faster than both TCA, the quantity of computation is much lower, and the different sensitivity for different people can be obtained directly from the result without any assumptions or experiments with this method, which can not be done by both TCA method.
