摘要
本文应用彩色多普勒检查了120例孕妇胎儿的脐带,其中脐带绕颈93例,诊断符合率甚高,为97.8%,而且敏感程度很高.同时能提供胎儿血液动力学情况,主要研究的是脐动脉搏动次数、RI、S/D值,这些数据能准确反映胎儿在宫内的情况,可以指导临床处理,提示胎儿预后,彩色多普勒可以准确反映胎儿脐带绕颈的情况,是产前检查的首选方法.
The color doppler imaging was used to examine the felus's umbilical cord of the 120 pregnant women, 93 patients was the umbilical cord twine, not only the diagnosis rate but also the sensitivity was very high, it was 97.8%. It offer the hemodynamic of fetus at the same time, the HR.RI. S/D was studied majorly, these material could report situation of the fetus exactly, it may command treatment and prompt prognosis. The color doppler imaging may report situation of the fetus umbilical cord twine, it is the first method in the antenatal exemination.
