摘要
目的 研究鼻息肉组织中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumornecrosisfactor,TNF -α)的表达 ,探讨其与鼻息肉发病机理的关系。方法 应用免疫组化染色方法 (SABC法 ) ,检测 3 2例鼻息肉和 15例对照组下鼻甲粘膜组织中TNF -α的表达情况。结果 TNF -α在 3 2例鼻息肉组织的上皮及腺上皮细胞中均有表达 ,在上皮下的炎症细胞里也有TNF-α表达 ;而在 15例对照组鼻粘膜上皮及腺上皮组织中均无表达 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 TNF -α可能是鼻息肉病理生理学机制中的诸多因素之一 。
Objective To better understand the involvement of TNF-α in the nasal polyps.The aim of this study is to detect and to localize TNF-α expression in the human nasal mucosa and nasal polyps tissue and the proportion of isoforms. Methods Nasal mucosa was obtained from patients undergoing septoplasty,and nasal polyps came from patients following polypectomy.Thirty-two cases of nasal polyps and fifteen cases of normal mucosa were studied with immunohistochemical SABC method.Results TNF-α antigen staining localized to respiratory epithelium of nasal polyps;No evidence expression in nasal mucosa.Expression of TNF-αwas also seen in inflammatory cells (P<0.01).Conclusions TNF-α likely play a significant role in the pathogenesis of this disease process.there is an important significance of finding a potential treatment method.
