分子信标核酶探针用于核酶切割反应的实时监测 被引量:3

摘要 发展了一种新型分子信标核酶探针用于核酶切割反应的实时监测.该探针由核酶底物修饰构建而成,它将核酶切割反应的信息实时同步转换为荧光信号.与已有研究方法比较,是一种非同位素标记、高灵敏高特异的核酶切割反应实时监测方法.为核酶活性分析、核酶动力学研究提供新型有效的手段,也为核酶在基因治疗中的深入研究提供了全新的方法和思路.应用该探针,快速、实时监测了丙型肝炎病毒核酶的切割效率.
