摘要
对DN200圆环带锯切割过程中夹锯现象出现的部位及原因进行分析,提出防止夹锯若干方法并进行相应试验,最终找到一种结构简单实用的胀紧机构,对防止夹锯收到满意效果,可提高圆环切割效率,降低工人劳动强度和切割工序成本,具有明显的经济效益。
Point out the part where the clamping saw phenomenon occurs and analyze the cause of it. Suggest some methods to prevent the phenomenon and put them into practice as well. With comparison and modification, an uncomplicated and practical expansion mechanism has finally been produced. The mechanism not only improves the efficiency of the circle cutting band saw, but also reduces the labor intensity and process cost, which will bring significant economic benefits undoubtedly.
