摘要
目的 :建立奥匹神胶囊中枸杞子的定性和腺苷的定量指标。方法 :采用TLC法对制剂中的枸杞子进行定性鉴别 ;用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中能较好检出枸杞子 ;腺苷在 0 .1792～ 0 .5 376 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 97.7% ,RSD =1.73%。结论 :所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测 。
Objective:To establish the identification of Fructus Lych and content determination of Adenosine for Aopishen Capsules.Methods:Fructus Lych was identified by TLC,and the content of Adenosine was determined by HPLC.Results:Fructus Lych could be identified by TLC.Adenosine showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.179 2～0.537 6 μg, r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 97.7%,and RSD was 1.73%.Conclusion:The methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of Aopishen Capsules.
