摘要
目的:建立抗癫止痫丸的质量标准。方法:用薄层扫描法对抗癫止痫丸中人工牛黄进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱仪色谱法测定制剂中丹参酮IIA的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出人工牛黄,丹参酮ⅡA在0.10～0.80μg具有良好的线性关系,r为0.999 6,平均回收率为97.89%,RSD 1.60%。结论:方法简便可行,专属性强,重复性好,可以用于抗癫止痫丸的质量控制。
Objective： To establish quality standard for Kangdian Zhixian pill. Method： Boris calculus artifactus was identified by TLC. Tanshinone IIA was determined by HPLC. Result： TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The linear range was 0. 10-0.80 μg for tanshinone IIA （r = 0. 999 6） . The average recovery was 97.89%, RSD 1.60%. Conclusion： The method is easy to operate, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Kangdian Zhixian pill.
