摘要
通过悬浮液接种法造成lewis肺癌模型 ,瘤区组、郄穴组分别敷贴癌痛灵 ,测定各组小鼠的基础痛阈、耐痛阈。结果 :癌痛灵敷贴瘤区加郄穴有良好止痛作用。郄穴组敷贴癌痛灵 1小时及一疗程后痛阈、耐痛阈明显提高 ,对缓解癌痛作用迅速、明显 ,总有效率达 85 %。
Through suspension inoculate way to make model on mice as lewis cancer,therefore we stick plaster at acupoint group and part of tumor group,at the same time measuring pain threshold and endurble pain threshold.Result:Using Ai Tong ling plaster on Xi acupoint with part of tumor can make a better effect on controlling pain,and can raise the level of pain threshold and endurable pain threstold which total efficiency rate is 85%.
