摘要
本文评价三阶梯止痛药路素片对49例晚期癌症重度疼痛的临床疗效。采用连云港路坦制药有限公司制造的路泰片，每片30mg，60～180mg／d，12小时口服一次、用药2周。结果：49例中，38例肿瘤局部，内脏及软组织转移性疼痛、镇痛总有效率为94．7％，显效率为81．5％，有效率为13．1％；而11例癌性骨病用低剂量镇痛效果较差，当日剂量增至240mg时，镇痛总有效率、显效率，有效率分别为72．7％、27．2％、45．5％。其不良反应依次为便秘，恶心、呕吐、头晕、嗜睡及排尿困难。本品对呼吸、血压无明显影响。证明路泰片治疗重度癌性疼痛疗效肯定，毒性反应低。
To study the analgesic effect of SRM-Rhotard in treatment of severe pain in cancer patients. The studywas conducted in 49 cancer patients. They were allocated to receive 90- 180mg/d tablet of SRM-Rhotard. for 2 wk. RESULTS: A total effective rate of 94. 7 % were achieved after treatrnant in 38 cases local tumors and Metastatic carcinoma ofsoft tissue. But ana1gesic effect was worse in 11 case pain of Metastatic carcinoma of bone when the Drug dose rose to240mg/d, totul effective rate were 72. 7 %. The main adverse reactions were off ilation, nauses, Vomiting vertigo and somnolence,CONCLSION ; Tablet of SRM - Rhotard in effective for relieving pain in later cancer, It's sicle effect were slight.
