摘要
目的 :从车前草不同部位中提取有效成分总黄酮 ,并测定其含量。方法 :分光光度法。结果 :车前草各部位均含黄酮类成分 ,测得根、叶、穗中总黄酮含量分别为 3.5 6 %、3.78%、5 .2 1%。结论 :运用微波技术辅助测定车前草不同部位中总黄酮的含量 ,反应速度加快 。
Objective:The extraction and content determination chromoco of Plantago major L.Methods: Microwave Technique Aplied in chromoco of Plantago major L. were obtanined, content determination with colorimetry.Results:The chromoco content in different locus of Plantago major L. are 3.56%?3.78%?5.21%. Conclusion:Microwave Technique Applied in The chromoco of Plantago major L. has been obtained for the first time.\;
