摘要
对微波萃取技术的原理、特点、工艺、设备、应用等方面进行了综述。阐述了微波萃取技术的优点、工艺设备具体构成。微波技术应用于天然产物生物活性成分的提取范围广泛,且具有设备简单、萃取效率高、选择性强、重现性好、省时省溶剂、节能环保等众多优点。就微波技术对天然产物中的挥发油、黄酮、苷类及其它如多糖、生物碱、有机酸等生物活性成分的提取研究进行综述。
Principle, characteristic, process, equipment and application of microwave extraction was introduced. Microwave extraction was a fast developing technique in recent years due to its quick speed, high efficiency, consumption of less energy and other advantages. The application of microwave extraction on volatile oils, flavonoids, glycosides, polysaccharide, alkaloids and organic acids was also presented.
