摘要
跨越式发展是民族发展的一种形式,也是加快我国民族地区经济文化发展的有效途径。文章结合我国国情,分析了我国民族地区要实现跨越式发展的原因和条件,并提出了具体措施和建议。
Developing by leaps and bounds is one kind of models of national development and an effective way to speed up the develoment in our national areas as well. On the basic of our country's context, this article focuses on the reasons for realizing the development by leaps and bounds in the national areas and the condions under which it can be realized . In this article, some suggestions and measures are put forword by the author.
