摘要
从思想和政治两方面分析了我国腐败现象产生的原因和条件,主要是放松了思想政治教育,以及受到封建主义和资产阶级意识形态的影响,政府职能转变滞后,法制不健全等。同时,还就如何遏制腐败现象的滋生和蔓延提出了一系列应对策略,包括:完善权力制约机制,加强思想政治教育,改革干部任用制度等措施,以期有助于反腐斗争的深入。
The reason and the condition of produce of corruption phenomena in China was analyzed in two respects of thinking and politics. First, thinking and political education was neglected. Second, thinking was affected by feudalism and ideology of propertied class. And our government system transformed and our law wasn t perfect. At the same time, a series of stratagems to limit the emerge and grow of corruption was presented including some aspects as follows: develop the mechanism to limit the power, strengthen the thinking and political education, reform the system of positional assignment and so on. The writer expected to accelerate the activity of anti-corruption by this article.
