摘要
我国现已成为WTO的正式成员国,也已向全世界庄严承诺我们将加大改革开放的力度,切实履行WTO的规则。而能否有效地完善现有的竞争法律体系、消除现有的市场秩序障碍将很大程度上决定我国能否在新一轮的国际竞争中取得突破性的进展。
China has become formal member of WTO and promised to follow WTO rules by implementing reform and open to the world further. Whether China will make breakthrough progress in new international competition depends on whether China can effectively consummate current competition law system and eliminate current market barriers.
