摘要
我国竞争法政策目标的选择,应以科学发展观为指导,充分体现统筹兼顾、协调发展的理念,紧密结合中国现阶段经济社会发展的特点,努力实现竞争法政策目标的内部协调、竞争法政策目标与产业政策目标的协调以及竞争法政策目标与社会政策目标的协调。
The choice of the aim of policy of our country＇s competition law should be guided by the scientific development standpoints,fully reflect the idea of making overall planning by taking all factors into consideration and the theory of coordination development, tightly combine the current characteristics of our economic and social development, try to realize the inner the coordination of the aim of policy of competition law, the coordination between the aim of policy of competition law and the aim of industrial policy and between the aim of policy of competition law and the aim of social policy.
