Minor Crystallization of Amorphous Alloy Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_( 13.5)B_9 by Laser Irradiation

摘要 利用透射穆斯堡尔谱 (TMS)对原始态和晶化后非晶软磁合金Fe73.5Cu1 Nb3Si1 3.5B9进行了结构分析。实验结果表明 ,利用连续CO2 激光处理 ,可使样品的非晶带表面产生少量晶化 ,晶化析出相为Fe Si;在样品的非晶相中发生了磁矩重排 ,原子磁矩在面内取向占优。在一定激光辐照工艺条件下 。 The irradiated specimens were studied by MAo¨Gssbauer spectroscopy (MS). It was found that minor crystallization was produced on the surface of Fe 73.5Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5B 9 amorphous and the crystallized phase was Fe-Si. The magnetic moment reorganization of Fe 73.5Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5B 9 amorphous phases has taken place and atom magnetic moment direction maintains a preferred in-plane orientation. The controlled magnetic anisotropy and micro-crystallization can be obtained under the given laser power irradiation conditation.
