摘要
紫铜是塑性很大的纯金属材料 ,小孔攻丝时 ,常因切屑不折断而将孔阻塞 ,致使攻丝无法进行。通过在步进电动机同为振源和主运动源的振动攻丝机上 ,对紫铜的小孔进行振动攻丝试验 ,找出了振动频率、振型对攻丝时扭矩的影响规律。通过对振动频率和振型进行优化 ,使振动攻丝成为紫铜小孔攻丝的有效工艺方法。
Small-hole tapping is difficult for red copper, which is a pure metal material with high plasticity. In this study, small-hole vibration tapping tests have been carried out for red copper, with step motor as both vibration sourceand drive source. From t he result, the tapping torque grows with increasing vibration frequency and cons tant vibrationmode are drawn. Thus the vibration tapping mode becomes th e effective approach in small-hole tapping for red copper.
