摘要
探讨川芎挥发油 (CH)解热作用及其部分机理。方法 :采用家兔内毒素发热模型 ,腹腔注射给高、中、低三个剂量CH ,观察家兔直肠温度变化 ,然后以荧光分光光度法测定家兔下丘脑单胺类神经递质含量。结果 :各剂量组均有明显的解热作用且在发挥解热作用的同时高剂量组家兔下丘脑组织中 5 -羟色胺 ( 5 -HT)、多巴胺 (DA)含量增高 ,5 -羟吲哚乙酸 ( 5 -HIAA)含量减少 ,去甲肾上腺素 (NE)含量变化不明显。结论 :CH具有解热作用 ,其机理之一 ,可能是CH引起家兔下丘脑组织中 5 -HT含量的增高从而导致了NE与 5 -HT的比值改变 ,以及DA含量增高 ,通过DA -5 -HT链环的作用 ,最终使体温调定点趋于正常。
Objective:To investigate the antipyretic effect of the essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.(CH) on ferile rabbits induced by endotoxine and it's partial mechanism. Methods:The changes of body temperature and hypothalamic monoamine nerval transmitter content made by the essential oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. were measured in the fever rabbits induced by intravenous injection of bacterial endotoxin(ET). Results:①Different doses of CH(0.8%?0.4%?0.2%)reduced the febrile responses of rabbits. ②CH(0.8%)increased the content of 5-hydroxy triptamine and dopamine,but it decreased the content of 5-hydroxy indole acetic acid in hypothalamus. ③CH(0.8%)increased the content of Dopamine in the hypothalamus. Conclusion:CH has an antipyretic effect on ET fever in the rabbits and monoamine nerval transmitter may play a partial role in the CH antipyretic action.
