摘要
社会养老保险是关系到我国改革和社会稳定的一项工程。在我国人口老龄化加速、地区间经济发展不平衡的情况下,建立具有中国特色的社会养老保障制度意义重大。本文指出了我国社会保障制度建立过程中的现存问题,借鉴国际社会的养老保障制度安排,提出了完善我国社会保险制度的具体对策。
Social insurance of annuity is a great engineering about reform and social stability in China. It has important meaning for us to build a system of social insurance of annuity with Chian's character on the condition that old ages of population and regional economy develops unbalance. The existing problem in process of building social insurance of annuity in China is put forward in this paper. The concreteness strategy improved the system our social insurance of annuity is also set forward, refer to the relevant experience of other counties.
