摘要
介绍了农民工回流的基本态势,分析了影响农民工回流的主要因素,提出了农民工回流的对策,有助于政府有关部门制定农民工合理流动政策。
The basic situation of rural workers backflow was introduced, and main factors which affecting the rural workers backflow were analyzed, then, some countermeasures were put forward, which was helpful to the management department to lay out rational policies for the mobility of rural workers.
