摘要
阐述了分子蒸馏的基本原理及其区别于普通真空蒸馏的主要特点,并介绍了分子蒸馏在食品、医药、香料等工业方面的应用研究。
Molecular distillation is an advanced method. This is a review about its elementary principle and characteristic. In addition, the application of molecular distillation is reported in food industry, medicine and spicery industry in this paper.
