摘要
根据辣椒生产现状 ,采用自行设计的加工浸提装置和分子蒸馏精制分离技术提取天然辣椒红色素 ,其产品各项指标达到和超过FAO/WHO和GB 。
The home-made leaching device and separation technique for the molecule rectifying are adopted based on the present condition of chili production.The product index reaches and goes beyond the FAO/WHO and GB standards.It is practical in development of a complete comprehensive technique for chili.
