单肾型高血压对大鼠肥大左室心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的影响

摘要 用银夹对大鼠左侧肾动脉缩窄,再行右侧肾切除,建立了Goldblatt单肾型高血压动物模型。手术后30天,实验组较对照组的心脏重量、左心室加室间隔重量均明显增加(P<0.01)对肥大的左心室心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活性的半定量分析,发现实验组SDH活性明显下降(P<0.01),线粒体密度也下降,提示SDH活性可能与线粒体密度呈平行关系。 A naphrectomy was done on right side and a clamp was placed around left renal artery. Onekidney Golablatt hypertension was established in rats. The left ventricular weight plus interventricular septum and heart weight in experimental Stoup was significantly higher than control group. Semiquantitative analysis indicated that activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) in cardiac muscle of hypertropied left vemricle decreased signicantly. The changes of activity of SDH might relate to the mitochodrial density because mitochodrial density decreased during hypertension induced left ventricle hyprtophyy in rats.
