摘要
在现代市场经济条件下,进行产品创新是提高企业竞争力的决定因素。根据企业开发新产品的活动特点,在遵循相关原则的基础上,分析了影响企业开发新产品主要因素,建立了企业自主开发新产品的二级综合评价指标体系,介绍了运用层次分析法确定各因素的权重的方法,采用模糊数学的分析方法,提出了企业决定开发新产品的模糊综合评价模型和评价方法,最后进行了实例分析。
Under modern market economy conditions, the decisive factor to improve enterprise's competition power is to innovate its products. On the basis of relative principles and the characters of enterprise activities, the paper analyzed the influential factors to develop new products and put forward twograde comprehensive evaluation index system for the independent manufacture of new products. AHP is also introduced to decide the weight of various factors. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and method were put forward to test the new products independently developed by enterprises. Finally, a practical example is analyzed.
