摘要
为探讨八渡笋对小鼠小肠运动功能的影响 ,采用复方地芬诺酯造成小鼠肠蠕动抑制模型 ,观察了两种不同加工工艺的八渡笋 (发酵型和清水型 )对肠蠕动抑制小鼠小肠运动的影响 ,并对其中主要营养成分含量进行测定。结果显示 ,两种八渡笋制品都可以明显提高肠蠕动抑制小鼠的小肠运动功能 ,而且有明显的剂量反应关系。
To explore the effects of Badu bamboo shoots on intestinal peristalsis,an intestinal peristalsis inhibited model was established by using complexed diphenoxylate.The effect of both fermented and fresh Badu bamboo shoots on small intestinal peristalsis of kunming mice was observed.The content of crude fiber in the two types of bamboo shoots was detected also.The results showed that both types of bamboo shoots could obviously improve intestinal peristalsis for the vermiculation inhibited model mice in an obvious dose-response relationship.
