摘要
[目的] 研究车前子壳粉对肠蠕动抑制模型小鼠的通便作用。[方法] 用雄性ICR小鼠75 只,按体重分5 组(3个剂量组、模型组与阴性对照组),将车前子壳按3种不同的浓度加入普通饲料中,连续喂饲10 d。[结果] 在肠蠕动抑制模型成立( P <0 01) 的条件下,3个剂量组与模型对照组相比,小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率提高( P <0 01)。[结论]经口给予小鼠不同剂量的车前子壳粉10 d,能提高肠蠕动抑制模型小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率,提示其有通便作用。
To study the effect of powder of semen palatginis for stimulating bowels evacuation of the peristaltic inhibition mice caused by the diphenoxylate. Z75 male ICR mice were divided into 5 groups (3 dosages, model and control) according to the weight and were fed in different dosage of semen plantaginis powder for 10 days. Under the condition of succeed peristaltic inhibition model,the ink propelling rates in 3 dosages groups were higher than model group ( P<0.01). After adding the powder of semen plantaginis for 10 days, the ink propelling rates of small intestine for in 3 dosages groups are higher than model group, suggesting the effect of stimulating bowels evacuation.
