摘要
人类基因组研究在人类发生学、人类进化史以及诊断、预防和治疗疾病方面具有重要意义 ,不仅可以推动 2 1世纪生命科学的发展 ,而且具有重大的科学和经济价值。但在人类基因组研究过程中如何充分考虑带来的负面影响是必须十分重视和贯彻伦理原则 。
The paper maintains that the study of the human gene plays a vital role in the understanding of the origin and evolution of the human species and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and therefore, is significant not only biologically, but also economically and scientifically. The paper further points out the negative consequences of gene studies and the ethical element that it involves.
