摘要
现代科技和社会发展中 ,克隆技术作为生物医学工程的关键手段 ,具有不可忽视的重要作用。一方面 ,克隆等生物医学工程技术的应用为解决人类面临的人口、资源和能源、环境与健康、粮食等问题提供了多种可能的途径和方法 ;与此同时 ,克隆技术应用又会引发一系列伦理问题 ,尤其是人的克隆。是否有利于提高人类生存质量和可持续发展应该成为判断克隆等生物医学工程技术应用的价值标准。
The cloning technique, as one of key means of biomedical engineering, play a very important role in the development of modern science and society. On one hand, the application of cloning can afford many possible ways and methods for mankind to solve the confronted problems such as population, resoureces and energy, food, environment and health. But at the same time, the cloning, especially human cloning, will bring up a series of ethical questions. Therefore, whether it is benefit for improving living qualities and being continuable development or not should be our value standard to judge the application of the cloning technique.\;
