摘要
本文解剖了成人尸体15具(30侧)的下肢,对股静脉、腘静脉、胫前静脉及胫后静脉的支数、走行、属支、长度、外径及瓣膜进行了观察与测量,并对静脉移植和动脉搭桥术提出了建议。
The deep veins of the lower extremitas on both side of 15 adult cadavers were dissected. The course, tributary, number and valve of the femoral, popliteal, anterior tibial and posterior tibial veins were studied and their length and external diameter were observed and measured. The average length is 28.99±0.80cm, 14.58±0.8cm, 31.32±0.66cm and 30.04±0.98cm respectively, their external diameter is 13.11±0.46mm, 9.32±0.39 mm, 3.41±0.20mm and 3.98±0.32 mm respectively. The femoral vein contains 3.3 valves, the popliteal, anterior tibial and posterior tibial vein contains 1.1, 7.5 and 7 valves respectively. With few exception, the valves in the main venous trunk of the lower extremitas are bicuspid and their microscopic degeneration changes are seen only in few of them.
