摘要
本文利用苹果混合汁芳香物模型对固相萃取柱制备芳香物样品进行了研究。在9种不同的非极性萃取柱中,C—18柱适于苹果混合汁芳香物样品的制备。甲醇用作洗淋溶剂。对于100mg规格的萃取柱,每次进样量为20ml,洗淋溶剂用量0.2ml。样品流出柱子的速度以1—2ml/min为供。
Preparation of aroma samples by solid extraction columns, in which using the model of apple juice aroma has been studied. In nine varied non-polar extraction columns, c-18 column was fit for the preparation of aroma samples of apple juice. Methanol was used washing solution. For 100mg type extraction column, everytime 20ml were injected into the column, and washing solution was 0.2ml. The rate of sample flow out the column was 1—2ml/min.
