摘要
本文将模糊数学理论及其分析方法首次应用于出口食品质量的评比,以解决过去出口食品质量评比中理化、卫生指标检测结果与感官项目评定分数之间难以有机相结合的难题,旨在使出口食品质量评比更科学、合理和客观。
In this paper, it is the first time to applied the theory and analysis method of Fuzzy Mathematics to the grade estimation of export food in order to solve the hard nut to crack which the determining result of physico-chemical and hygienic index cannot be combined withorganoleptic investigation, so that the estimation becomes more scientific, reasonable and objective.
