DETERMINATION OF SPARFLOXACIN IN SERUM AND URINE BY A HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD

摘要 目的:建立测定血清和尿液中司帕沙星的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:用HPLC法测定了4 例患者单剂量口服司帕沙星后血清和尿中药物浓度。结果:司帕沙星色谱保留时间TR 为8.33min。在0 .05~2mg·L- 1 和0.1~4mg·L-1 范围内,血清和尿药物浓度与色谱峰高呈良好线性相关。结论:建立了测定体内司帕沙星药物浓度的方法。 AIM:To developed a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method for the determination of sparfloxacin in serum and urine.METHODS The sparfloxacin's concentrations in four patients' serum and urine were determined and the pharmacokinetics parameters were computed after a single oral of 400 or 200mg sparfloxacin tablet. RESULTS The chromatography retention time of sparfloxacin was at 8.33min. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.05~2mg·L -1 in serum and 0.1~4mg·L -1 in urine. CONCLUSION The results showed this RP-HPLC method was good for determining sparfloxacin in body fluid.
