摘要
目的:鉴定湖南产赤土茯苓的乙醇提取物的化学结构。方法:经溶剂粗分和聚酰胺柱层析,得到一单体黄酮类化合物,并对其采用化学分析和UV、IR、NMR和MS等光谱分析。结果:经综合解析和立体结构分析,确证其与落新妇甙的结构一致。本研究的1HNMR数据提供了详细信息(各羟基质子的δ值)。且首次测得其质谱数据,对确定其结构提供了强有力的结构解析依据。结论:分离和鉴定了赤土茯苓甙的化学结构为5 ,7,3',4'一四羟基二氢黄酮醇-3 -0- α- L鼠李糖甙。
AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Smilax glabra.METHODS The compound was separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on polymide.Its structure was determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS A monomer flavonoid compound named smiglabrin was obtained and its structure was originally believed to be a new one.CONCLUSION After comprehensive and three-dimensional analysis the compound was elucidated as astilbin.HNMR data such as δ value of each hydroxyl proton of this study provided more detailed information than ever. The MS data were determined and provided a strong basis for structure analysis.
