摘要 目的:鉴定湖南产赤土茯苓的乙醇提取物的化学结构。方法:经溶剂粗分和聚酰胺柱层析,得到一单体黄酮类化合物,并对其采用化学分析和UV、IR、NMR和MS等光谱分析。结果:经综合解析和立体结构分析,确证其与落新妇甙的结构一致。本研究的1HNMR数据提供了详细信息(各羟基质子的δ值)。且首次测得其质谱数据,对确定其结构提供了强有力的结构解析依据。结论:分离和鉴定了赤土茯苓甙的化学结构为5 ,7,3',4'一四羟基二氢黄酮醇-3 -0- α- L鼠李糖甙。 AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Smilax glabra.METHODS The compound was separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on polymide.Its structure was determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS A monomer flavonoid compound named smiglabrin was obtained and its structure was originally believed to be a new one.CONCLUSION After comprehensive and three-dimensional analysis the compound was elucidated as astilbin.HNMR data such as δ value of each hydroxyl proton of this study provided more detailed information than ever. The MS data were determined and provided a strong basis for structure analysis.
