摘要
本实验对大白鼠、猴颞下颌关节的关节软骨和关节盘进行了光镜、透射电镜及扫描电镜观察。覆盖髁状突的关节软骨呈新月状,最厚部位于髁状突的后上部和后部;软骨下骨小梁的排列与关节面垂直,以对软骨最厚处较为集中;其形态结构由浅及深可分为4个区。覆盖关节窝的关节软骨分为3个区,无肥大钙化区,结构与覆盖髁状突者基本相似,但细胞密度较小。关节盘可分为上、中、下3个区域。本文根据各部形态及超微结构,结合功能进行了讨论。
The structure of the articular cartilage and disc of the temporomandibular joint
in rats and monkey were studied with light,transmission and scanning electron
microscopy.
The articular cartilage covering the mandibular condyle is semilunar in shape
on cross section.Its thickest portion lies posterosuperiorly.The bony trabeculae
subjacent to the cartilage arrange vertically to the articular surface and concentrate
to the thickest portion of the articular cartilage.
The articular cartilage covering the mandibular fossa is similar to that on the
mandibular condyle,but contains fewer cartilage cells.Lacking a calcified area
with enlarged cartilage cells,the articular cartilage here may only be divided into
three areas.
The articular disc consists of three areas:an upper,a middle,and a lower
one.
The structure and ultrastructure of different parts of these cartilages with their
functions have been discussed.
